Today, Sunday 09/03/2023 I am biking down Pikes Peak from the summit! There is a service that drives you up to the top of the mountain on the roads (on the opposite side that I am going to climb on Wednesday) with bikes. You then bike all the way down the winding roads to the bottom of the mountain!
This will give me an opportunity to see what the temperatures, weather, and the summit is like before I get to it on Thursday 09/07/2023. This will not only be lots of fun, but will better prepare me for what to expect when I am exhausted and get there.
